The modern and cosmopolitan menu draws inspiration from California and the Levant, blending local flavors with global influences. 

Designed for sharing or savoring, the dishes offer a play of contrasts: beef tartare tacos with katsuobushi, labneh with roasted kabocha squash and pomegranate molasses, crispy prawn gyozas with sesame, black truffle linguine, or lemongrass satay chicken.

The creations blend freshness, spices, and alpine notes: Cherry Coffee Negroni with gourmet infusions, Golden Scent with yellow Chartreuse and Mediterranean citrus, After-Ski with hints of apple and cinnamon, or the Smoked Chacha with smoked mezcal and ginger.
