Rate Sales Conditions

Cancellation or modification by the customer:

1. Customers are reminded, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code.

2. The sales conditions of the reserved rate specify the terms for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.

3. Prepaid reservations cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Advance payments, such as deposits, are non-refundable. This is stated in the rate's sales conditions.

4. When the sales conditions of the reserved rate allow:

reservation cancellations can be made directly on the Website or mobile services via the "View or cancel your reservation" section;
reservation modifications can be made directly with the hotel, whose telephone contact details are provided on the reservation confirmation sent by email.

5. In the event of an early departure by the guest, the full agreed price will be charged. For prepaid reservations, no refund will be issued in such cases.

6. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the guest must vacate the room before 12:00 PM on the day the reservation ends. Failure to do so will result in an additional night's charge.

7. All reservations are personal and may not be transferred to a third party under any circumstances, whether free of charge, for a fee, or for commercial purposes.
