Rate Terms and Conditions

Guest cancellations or modifications:

1. Customers are reminded that, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code.

2. The terms and conditions of the booked rate specify the cancellation and/or modification policies for the reservation.

3. Prepaid reservations cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Advance payments, such as deposits, will not be refunded. In such cases, this is stated in the terms and conditions of the rate.

4. When the terms and conditions of the booked rate allow:

Reservations can be cancelled directly on the Website or mobile Services via the "View or cancel your reservation" section;
Reservations can be modified directly with the hotel, whose telephone contact details are provided on the reservation confirmation sent by email.

5. In case of interruption of the stay by the guest, the full agreed price will be charged. For prepaid reservations, no refund will be granted for this reason.

6. Unless expressly stated otherwise, guests must vacate their room before 12:00 PM on the day the reservation ends. Otherwise, an additional night will be charged.

7. All reservations are personal and cannot be transferred to a third party under any circumstances, whether free of charge, for a fee, or for commercial purposes.
